It was perfect in general: incredibly comfortable room, magnificent location close enough to the beach, 5th Avenue where the shops are and the outdoor amphitheater, the Playa del Carmen and major shopping malls. The host ensured we got a very good experience for one night. We really enjoyed to be there, they offer a sofa bed, an iron, and a flat screen TV.

The best place in Playa del Carmen, we felt safe. It was away from hustle and bustle in a shopping area. Plus we visited the nearest restaurants and bars...

Great location near the beach, shops, and amphitheater. Modern apartment with well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good TV, and reliable WiFi. Nice rooftop pool. Powerful shower with hot water, once the fuse was fixed.

All in all had real good experience for one night.

I came to Playa del Carmen to explore new places, and this apartment was a reasonable base for making it happen; the whole experience met my requirements, and I would love to come back.

The room at Edificio Vanessa 24 Studios was absolutely amazing. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the furniture felt brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was conveniently placed so it didn't blow directly on us. Plus, the wifi and hot water worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The bed was comfortable and they even provided hypoallergenic pillows.

I stayed at Vanessa 24 Studios for 2 weeks and it was amazing! The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The staff, including the friendly landlady, were attentive and fixed any issues promptly. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Quinta and the beach, but still quiet. The spacious studio had a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances. great value for money!

The shower in the apartment didn't have hot water, and even after it was supposedly fixed, we only got a drizzle of warm water for a short time. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, making it difficult for things to dry.
